Become a By Hand Artist

By Hand shows are juried, if you are a professional artist we would love to have the opportunity to consider your application. Since 2007 we have offered two ways for an artist to apply, a simple online process, and a traditional paper application. Please be sure to read over the applications thoroughly - rules, regulations and booth fee structures are explained within. Our online application system is designed for high-speed internet connections. Dial-up users may or may not be able to use the system, and are encouraged to apply by mail - or at zapplication.org. We accept any jpeg digital images, however it is in your best interest to make sure that they are of the highest quality and optimally suited to our display system. As such, zapp-formatted images are preferred. If you need assistance with digital images (or traditional slides) we reccommend Jerry Anthony Photography.

If you already have a profile, it may be easier to apply using Zapp, and who are we to say you can't do that? You will still be juried using our proprietary back end system (which we still think is the best in the industry) - so you get the best of both worlds. It does cost $5 more per show to apply using Zapplication, but if that makes life simpler for you, it may be worth it.
